After over a decade of working with and developing UV products;
the #1 reason UV coatings FAIL in the field is due to lack of power from the UV light.
Pre-2020 the only option powerful enough to develop SOP's around UV coatings were mercury halide lamps. Working closely with IST in Europe, SOCUR® INC. was able to develop the AREA CURE 850 UV LED light. Boasting all the power of mercury halide lights without the safety risks; AREA CURE "AC850" light transforms the undercoat process for collision repair.

CIRQUALiQ®
The first of it's kind for automotive refinish, the CIRQUALiQ® is a surface treatment system for raw plastic parts.
Using the same low flame technology used to prep plastic on the assembly line, two passes of the CIRQUALiQ® eliminates the need for raw plastic prep. No more sanding and plastic adhesion promoter required. A typical 45 minute labor intensive process reduced to under 5 minutes. Scaled down from OE manufacturing for the auto body shop.
